What format are the photos in? All Rosspilot's Aerial Photography Microstock Site photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. I add new photographs periodically, both new images and from my archives. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest images that I have posted.
Can I submit photographs to sell? Right now the only photographs that I offer are my own work. I have no plans to offer anyone else's work.
Do you offer refunds? Once your purchase is made, it's rare to offer a refund. The reason for this policy is that once you have a digital file, there is no way to return it, nor any way to prevent its further use. HOWEVER, I want you to be happy with your purchase and to come back for more, so I will consider all requests for refund on a case-by-case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Rosspilot's Aerial Photography Microstock Site images that I download? Yes. While Rosspilot's Aerial Photography Microstock Site offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, I do not permit the redistribution of my photographs, nor allow the use of my images within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. You may use the images on websites, publications, brochures, print meda and Power Point presentations. You may NOT re-sell them or distribute them, as digital files or prints.

If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site? No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any files on my site at no extra charge.
Is account sharing allowed? No, sharing an account is no different than distributing my materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do? On rare occasions, my merchant processor may not send the information of your transaction to my system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of a yearly or monthly subscription and you are not able to access the files, send a support request. I will activate the account immediately.
